Spacious 4BR Brixton Home with Garden

Positive: Literally everything, the space, the cleaning and the aesthetic of the house. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Közel volt a Victoria metró végállomása, ahonnan hamar el lehetett érni a város legtöbb érdekes részét. Negative: Már ráférne egy festés belülről a házra.

An Awful Experience! Positive: The location, while not in the best part of town, wasn't bad at all. Very close to shops and the tube station Negative: The house was run down and filthy! I'm not sure how it has a 7.5 rating on booking.com. The listing photos are very deceiving and the photos I added don't show how very bad it is! We only stayed long enough to request an immediate refund (which was denied by the property owners) and find another place to stay. Before even getting in the house we saw trash piled up outside by the front door. The walls, carpets, and handrails were covered in scuffs, spots and stains. There was mold on the upper walls in the bathroom, and it was apparent the toilet hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. The electric kettle hadn't been cleaned either and had some sort of yellowish mold. The stair to the back garden was rotted through and broken, there were animal feces on the turf, and cleaning and construction materials laying outside. The property owner was hard to get in touch with initially, and when they did respond they said they couldn't offer a refund or change the booking and offered to send a cleaner instead. This place is neglected at best and nowhere near worth the price, and I ended up eating the cost anyway and staying somewhere else.
