Luxury 3BR flat Near Westfield

The experience was fine apart from the incident with the cleaner who was extremely rude. Negative: Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. On arrival, we noticed that the property had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Most concerning was what appeared to be vomit on the curtains in one of the bedrooms, which was very unpleasant and disappointing. We were also unhappy with the way the checkout was handled. The cleaner arrived at around 09:30am, even though our stated checkout time was 10:00am. She was extremely rude and immediately asked for the keys and told us that we needed to leave, despite us still having approximately half an hour remaining before checkout and we were sat having breakfast. Overall, the cleanliness and the manner in which we were treated on the morning of departure significantly affected what could otherwise have been a more enjoyable stay.

Positive: It was very spacious. The location was prime and just a 12mins walk to Westfield mall in Stratford which is what we wanted. We had good supply of toiletries, clean sheets and enough fans since it was summer time. Negative: N/A

Ok lejlighed. Nemt sted hvis man flyver til Standsted. Positive: Stor lejlighed. Fine badeværelser Negative: Der var ikke så rent. Stor plet på gulvtæppet. En dør var tapet til. Beskidte køkken redskaber.

Great location and reasonable price Positive: Great sized flat. Group of 5 girlfriends & great space with two bathrooms, lovely balcony, huge kitchen and nice living room area. Good communication from the owner. Location is fab, right next to Westfield, few minutes walk. Nearby Sainsbury’s and Stratford international is a few minutes walk. Would recommend. Very good for the price. Would stay again. Negative: Some marks on the main bedroom carpet, shower in main bathroom needs the drains unblocking, big window in the main bedroom needs fixing. All of these are minor maintenance points & would not put me off rebooking.
